Legendary mansion from the comedy ‘Home Alone’ bought for 467 million rubles

However, the interior of the mansion is very different from what it was like during the filming of Home Alone. Six years ago, the 850-square-metre, 1921-built house was renovated and expanded. It added a gourmet kitchen, a second living room, a movie theatre and a home basketball court.

According to Mansion Global, the nostalgic property was previously owned by Tim and Trisha Johnson. They purchased the home in 2012 for three times cheaper than they sold it.
