A person with avoidant attachment gives the impression of a strong and independent person. As a child, he or she had no significant adult or authority figure to whom he or she could turn in case of difficulties. Therefore, he is used to not complaining and solving all problems on his own. He does not know how to ask for help, even if he needs it. It is difficult for him to build emotional and trusting relationships, because he avoids his feelings. Often expects someone to set them up or cause suffering. Because of their negative expectations, they find it easier to listen to music that doesn’t touch their heart. For example, they listen to rap and pop music more often than others. Some of their favourite artists include Eminem, Beyoncé, Chris Brown, N’Sync, Michael Jackson, Rihanna, The Weeknd.
